How to Delete Your SnowOverflow Account

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the SnowOverflow App: Log into your account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Your Profile Tab: Once logged in, tap on the “Profile” tab located at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select “Delete Account”: Scroll down and press the “Delete Account” button.

4. Confirm Your Action: A confirmation screen will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our platform.

Data Deletion Overview

When you delete your account, the following data will be immediately and permanently removed from our servers:

• Your user profile information (name, email, etc.)

• Trip history, bookings, and activity records

• All preferences and personal settings

Data Retention Policy

Upon account deletion, no data will be retained. However, if you made purchases or financial transactions, legal and financial records may be kept for compliance purposes for up to 12 months.
